The Design Coach Collective Business 1 Day Accelerator is the ultimate refresher and kick starter for interior designers who want to refine their business strategies and take their careers to new heights. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to top-tier industry experts, to be announced in May, from top Architects, Designers, and Branding Specialists, along with Ginger’s new refined process for this new digital age on how to proceed throughout the rest of the year and to look forward into the future.
To complement the design expertise, Design Coach Collective curated specialized sessions on marketing strategies and business growth, as well as future expectations. You’ll learn from marketing specialists who know how to effectively position your services, increase your visibility, and attract your ideal clients. Additionally, we will bring in AI specialists who will guide you on leveraging cutting-edge technologies to improve your workflow and elevate the client experience. We will also hand pick the top interior designers and architects that will help guide you on how to navigate the industry in a way you have not thought of before.
Ginger, an experienced designer, drafter, and business woman will work directly with you, helping you set clear goals, create actionable plans, and overcome challenges. With their support, you’ll be empowered to refine your business practices, sharpen your vision, and develop strategies that get results weather you have been in the business for 5 years, 1 year, or just starting out.
By the end of the accelerator, you'll have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to take your interior design business to the next level. Whether you're aiming to grow your client base, boost profitability, or position your brand as a leader in the industry, the Design Coach Collective is here to help you succeed. This is a DCC member only retreat so you will be getting the specialized attention you need as well as connect with your DCC Community directly.

The retreat takes place in a Modern Style Home in Carlsbad where the essence of California Beach Living meets the perfect setting for our transformative retreat. Location will be revealed in May and is located in a coastal community just minuets away from historic Downtown Carlsbad, this venue offers an inspiring backdrop for learning, connection, and relaxation.
Our retreat sessions will take place in the expansive indoor/outdoor living space, designed to blend comfort with style. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area seamlessly extends onto a spacious outdoor space, open doors that invite in the refreshing breeze. As we gather, you’ll enjoy the ambiance that sets the tone for creativity and inspiration.
Throughout the retreat, you’ll have access to the house's exceptional amenities, including:
A serene open space with ample seating, perfect for group discussions and breakout sessions.
A modern kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, where our private chef will prepare our end of session dinner
